Guidelines 


Beans

1. Rinse 1 cup of beans and soak them in water for 5 hours.

2. Drain and boil the beans in 2 cups of water until tender.

3. Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.

4. Simmer for 10 minutes.


Rice 




1. Rinse 1 cup of rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

2. Drain and boil the rice in 2 cups of water until cooked.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt to taste.


Stew

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger to the pan.

3. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

4. Add 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Your rice with beans and stew is READY!!
