CREAMY & NUTRITIOUS GROUNDNUT SOUP RECIPE, A WEST AFRICAN CLASSIC

Let's go!

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.

3. Add 1 pound of meat or fish to the pot and cook until browned.

4. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

5. Add 1 cup of groundnuts (peanuts) to the pot and stir well.

6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the soup thickens.
