JOIN ME AS I MAKE A FLAVORFUL PEPPER SOUP WITH AGIDI, A NIGERIAN BREAKFAST FAVOURITE


Let's go 

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.

3. Add 1 pound of meat or fish to the pot and cook until browned.

4. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

5. Add 1 teaspoon of ground crayfish and 1 teaspoon of ground pepper to the pot and stir well.

6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the soup thickens.

7. Add agidi (corn dough) to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 

 Your pepper soup with agidi is ready to be digged into ☺️
