LET'S MAKE BEANS PORRIDGE

The instructions for Bean Porridge:

Follow carefully 

1. Rinse 1 cup of beans and soak them in water for 5 hours.

2. Drain and boil the beans in 2 cups of water until tender.

3. Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.

4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the porridge thickens.

5. Use a spoon to mash some of the beans and mix well.

6. Continue to simmer for another 5-10 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.

7. Serve hot
