1. Rinse 1 cup of beans and soak them in water for 5 hours.
2. Drain and blend the beans into a smooth paste.
3. Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the paste and mix well.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the paste and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a lined moi moi container or a heatproof bowl.
6. Steam the moi moi for 1 hour or until it's cooked through.
