LET'S MAKE THIS DELICACY PLANTAIN PORRIDGE

The instructions for Plantain Porridge:


1. Boil 2 cups of water in a large pot.

2. Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.

3. Add 2-3 ripe plantains, sliced, to the pot.

4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the plantains are tender.

5. Use a spoon to mash the plantains and mix well.

6. Continue to simmer for another 10-15 minutes or until the porridge thickens.

7. Serve it hot hot... as e dey hot😆
