Let's make AKARA and PAP
Start your day with this classic Nigerian breakfast combo... let's go☺️
Akara Ingredients
- 2 cups black-eyed peas
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 seasoning cube
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Akara Directions
1. Soak and peel beans.
2. Blend with onions, seasoning, and salt.
3. Fry spoonfuls of the mixture until golden brown.
Pap Ingredients
- 1 cup maize flour (Pap flour)
- Water
- Sugar or honey (optional)
Pap Directions
1. Dissolve pap flour in cold water.
2. Cook with more water until thickened.
3. Sweeten with sugar or honey (optional)
