RICH AND CREAMY OGBONO SOUP RECIPE, A NIGERIAN FAVOURITE

Ok let's go

1. Grind 1 cup of ogbono seeds into a fine paste.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

3. Add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.

4. Add 1 pound of meat or fish to the pot and cook until browned.

5. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

6. Add the ogbono paste to the pot and stir well.

7. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the soup thickens.

And your OGBONO is ready with your FUFU /Garri
