TUWO SHINKAFA, HAUSA DELIGHT


Let's see this

1. Rinse 1 cup of rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

2. Drain and blend the rice into a smooth paste.

3. Add 1 cup of water to the paste and mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into a lined container or a heatproof bowl.

5. Steam the tuwo shinkafa for 20 minutes or until it's cooked through.
